HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - The circus is coming to town. Starting Thursday the Shrine Circus will be at the Hamburg Fairgrounds. Ten shows are scheduled over the next four days. Tickets are $13 for adults, $10 for seniors and $8 for children.
