ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - When it's unseasonably warm during the winter here in western New York, all people want to do is get out of their house.

On Saturday, with temperatures reaching 60 degrees, that's just what many people did.

Although parts of western New York were covered in green, Holiday Valley in Ellicottville still had some white stuff on the ground, enough for skiiers to hit the slopes.

Many skiiers said it felt like April in the month of January and they were simply loving it.

To check out more conditions at Holiday Valley on their live webcam, go to their website.
