LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Winter made its arrival early this weekend with its first snowfall of the season Western New York got Saturday morning, to an even whiter white Sunday morning.
News 4's Rachel Kingston was out in the Southtown's Sunday evening watching how the winter weather has affected the roads, and hear people's reactions to what Mother Nature has left us.
Donna Thompson from Lackawanna says, "I'm used to it, I was born and raised in it. I'm always out here in it."

"It's inevitable, what can you do you live in Buffalo, here it is. I believe the winters here build character. Western New York is the place to be," said David Reilly of Buffalo.
As most would agree, Buffalo's winters definitely build character, Whether winter weather arrives early or on time, it is one season we are always prepared for.
