Snyder wins Seneca Nation Presidency

SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Barry Snyder, Jr. has won a fifth term as president of the Seneca Nation of Indians.
In voting wrapped up on Tuesday, Snyder defeated four other candidates seeking the two-year term.
Rodney Pierce won the treasurer's post, defeating incumbent president Robert Odawi Porter for that position.
Snyder has been a private businessman on the Seneca and Allegany Territories for 50 years.
