BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - KeyCorp is shifting some jobs to India which may impact 15 workers from Buffalo.
The bank is linking with GenPact, a technology company with operations in India. Business First reports the move will affect 60 KeyCorps employees but the exact number from Buffalo is not yet known.
Those affected include positions in accounts payable, expense report auditing and lease accounting.
KeyCorp is the parent company of KeyBank which is one of the largest banking networks in Western New York. The company has more than 1,000 local employees.
