BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The United Irish American Association of Erie County has named Mark O'Neill the Grand Marshall for the 2013 St. Patrick's Day parade in Buffalo.

The annual parade will take place on Sunday, March 17 this year.

As in past years, it will begin at Niagara Square at 2 p.m. and run along Delaware Ave. to North St.
