Strong reaction as WNYers hit polls

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Presidential election is generating a lot of reaction across western New York.

Voters lined up at polling locations across the region Tuesday. News 4 found by traveling to several polling locations that voters have strong feelings about the direction this country should be going over the next four years.

Some people have been inspired by President Obama and are willing to give him another term. Others are motivated by the approach Mitt Romney is taking and would like a change. We even found some voters who are turned off by both men.

Mike Faraci said, "Voted for Romney. America needs some change."

Dinah Chambers said, "I'm supporting Barack Obama and Biden. I voted for him because of the work that he's done in the last four years."

Gale Waters voted for Romney and said, "I believe he has some great ideas for businesses. He's a businessman."

While Gloria Nowakowski voted for Obama, saying, "I like his Medicare thing. I'm a senior now. And I have a lot more confidence in him."

If you believe all of the national and state polls on the Presidential race, this could end up being a long night - no matter who you support.
