HOLLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A teen girl is heading behind bars, after a golf cart crash that claimed the life of 18-year-old Zachary Rusin, of Holley.

Courtney Greene was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation. Greene was taken to jail right away Thursday.

Green has admitted to driving the golf cart while under the influence on Route 237 in Byron, when the golf cart was rear ended. Rusin was thrown out of the cart and killed.

The golf cart was black, with no headlights or taillights, the accident happened just after midnight in November 2011.
