BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A teenager was shot outside of Social Bar and Nightclub around 3 a.m. Tuesday, at Franklin and Huron Streets.

The shooting victim 19-year-old Horace Miller is in serious condition at ECMC, Tuesday afternoon.

Buffalo Police say there was an argument inside of the club, before the shooting outside. Buffalo Police say patrols who were working the downtown area apprehended the suspect moments later.

Buffalo Police say they have arrested 21-year-old Chemere Barclay, of Buffalo, and charged him with assault and criminal possession of a weapon
