BUFFALO, N.Y (WIVB) - Due to the status of the oncoming storm, Mayor Byron Brown says trick-or-treating on Halloween night may be postponed.
If the storm slows and hangs over the area into Wednesday, the city is prepared to push back the traditional Halloween festivities.
