When the passengers of the vehicle were checked by police, it was discovered that 23-year-old William Emo, of Jamestown, had a warrant by the City of Jamestown Police. He was taken to the Jamestown Police Department. Passenger 18-year-old Jessika Morton, of Columbus, Pennsylvania, was arrested for allegedly having a small amount of marijuana on the floor in her vicinity. She was released on an appearance ticket.
