BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A U-Haul truck driver caused a stir when he pulled up to the Burger King on Main Street near Utica in Buffalo on Tuesday.
The truck was too tall an order for the drive-thru, and damaged the overhang.
Joyce Badger, who witnessed the mishap, said, "He was going through, and I guess he wasn't having it his way. He hit the awning. He didn't measure it well."
No one was hurt. The truck did cause damage to the building, but there's no word on whether the driver will face charges.
This is just one in a series of vehicles crashing into vehicles. On Monday, an 85-year-old woman smashed into the Friendly's in Amherst causing $25,000 in damage. See a photo gallery of the past crashes around WNY here.
