BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo teachers and other city employee unions lost another legal battle over their wages.
A federal judge rejected the groups’ newest effort to reopen a legal challenge to a wage freeze. The judge said the groups waited too long to file a motion in federal court.
The ongoing court battle began eight years ago, when the city control board froze union wages.
