Vacant four story building collapses

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - City crews blocked off a section of High Street after masonry started falling from an vacant four story commercial building Wednesday.

The Mayor's spokesman Peter Cutler says the city brought in contractors to remove loose masonry and stabilize the building.
