Walmart to hire 300 associates

NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Walmart store will be opening in August, in North Tonawanda. The store will about 300 employees, for both full-time and part-time work.

To apply, you can visit Walmart’s website or go to the temporary hiring center at 2850 Niagara Falls Boulevard, in Amherst.

In a release, store manager Chris Lazarou said, “We are thrilled to add this Walmart to North Tonawanda and bring good jobs with career opportunities to the area.”

Walmart says the majority of hired associates will begin work immediately, to help prepare the store for its grand opening.
