WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB - Williamsville residents have just two days to make up their minds over dissolving village government.

The village's citizen study group held one more meeting today in hopes of helping those who are still undecided make a better informed decision, one way or the other.

At the same time, downsizing advocate Kevin Gaughan was going door-to-door trying to drum up votes for dissolution.

Small-government advocate, Kevin Gaughan said, "Every corner of our community is on an unsustainable path. So we're here to sort of close our argument with village residents."

"Everything Kevin Gaughan is saying is speculation, and I'm not going to live in the village of Williamsville based on speculation, and I'm not going to vote. I'm voting no," said resident Julie Yates.

Resident Dom Scoma added, "It's turning our community against each other. We're having people taking down signs from both sides, people who were friends before are now fighting with each other. This is not the way the community is."

Dissolution votes for Williamsville and Sloan are set for Tuesday.
