BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Parking tickets are no treat, so hopefully you moved your car before going to bed Wednesday night.
It's November 1st, which means winter parking rules are now in effect in many towns and villages across western New York.
Winter parking restrictions kick in November 15th here in Buffalo.
