ALBION, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Orleans County Sheriff's Deputy, accused of repeated domestic violence against his estranged wife, is expected to accept a plea deal Tuesday.
Jason Silleman, 38, was indicted last year on 42 criminal charges, including assault, harassment, and contempt of court. He is scheduled to be in court this morning for a plea hearing.
In addition to pleading guilty, Silleman voluntarily resigned as a sheriff's deputy and also waived his right to appeal his conviction.
His sentencing has been scheduled for 23.
