Paladinos plan Ellicottville projects

ELLICOTTVILLE, NY (WIVB) - The Paladinos are reaching into the southern tier for their development projects. 

The Olean Times Herald reports that 4636 Genesee LLC is planning a $5.3 million project that includes a Kwik Fill gas station and convenience store.

4636 Genesee is run by William Paladino, son of Buffalo developer Carl Paladino.

Paladino, Junior is also proposing to renovate and redevelop a former furniture factory at 5 E. Washington Street into retail space.
