Warsaw VA clinic to close March 3

WARSAW, NY (WIVB) - The Veterans Administration is shifting outpatient services from a clinic in Warsaw to a center in Batavia.

The Warsaw VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic will be moved to the VA facility on Richmond Avenue in Batavia as of March 3.

The Batavia clinic is approximately 25 miles away from the clinic in Warsaw.

The VA is looking to expand primary care services from two to five days a week.  

The nearly 800 veterans who use the Warsaw VA Clinic will be able to see their same doctors and there will be free transportation daily to the new Batavia location.
