CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Akron woman is facing a Leandra’s Law charge, after allegedly driving drunk with a child passenger in the vehicle.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says the driver, 38-year-old Robin M. Finsterbach, had a blood alcohol content of .08 percent when at the Transit Town Plaza around 9 p.m. Sunday.
The child passenger was turned over to a family member, and Finsterbach was taken to the Erie County Holding Center. She is charged with DWI, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and felony charge for violating Leandra’s Law- child passenger protection act.
