Woman charged after drinking party

PIKE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Pike woman is facing charges, after the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to a party on West Main Street where they say a number of people under the age of 21 were drinking alcohol.
Police say 31-year-old Nichole R. Davenport was present at the party during the alcohol consumption. They say there were open containers of alcohol at the party and that two underage people allegedly tested positive for alcohol.
Davenport is facing two counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
