SHERIDAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Dunkirk woman is facing child endangerment charges after two minors were caught riding an ATV without helmets.
Diana L. Long, 58, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child after the ATV driven by two 11-year-old girls was pulled over by a Chautauqua County Sheriff's officer on Middle Road in the Town of Sheridan.
Long was issued an appearance ticket. She is due to appear in Town of Sheridan Court at a later date.
