ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Orchard Park woman is facing DWI charges after a one-car property damage accident in Elma Saturday afternoon. The crash happened on Summerdale Road, around 3:30 p.m.

The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says 46-year-old Roseanna M. Rapini was charged with DWI and vehicle and traffic violations. Police say Rapini refused to take a breath test, and was released to a family member.
