KIANTONE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two Jamestown women are facing drug charges, after a traffic stop on Route 60 in Jamestown. State Police say troopers pulled over a vehicle on Saturday, and while speaking to the driver and passenger they saw loose marijuana in the backseat.
Troopers say 20-year-old Claudia Anderson and 20-year-old Emily Drew were arrested. Anderson was arrested for allegedly possessing a bag with two grams of marijuana in it. Drew was arrested for allegedly possessing a bag containing five grams of marijuana and a pipe with burnt marijuana inside of it.
Anderson and Drew were issued appearance tickets for unlawful possession of marijuana. They are scheduled to appear in the Town of Kiantone Court next month.
