ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - The New York State Board of Elections has qualified Jack Davis as a candidate in the special election for the 26th Congressional District.

Davis collected more than 12,000 signatures to run as an Independent. He'll face off against Republican Jane Corwin, Democrat Kathy Hochul, and Green Party candidate Ian Murphy on May 24th.
