Deficit could impact local parks

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - The state's ballooning budget deficit could now impact local parks.

Friday, the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation released their list of recommended closures and service reductions.

This week governor Paterson ordered a $20 million cut to the parks.

Several western New York parks are on that list, including Niagara Falls State Park.
