ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Governor David Paterson says he regrets not running for a full-term.
His comments came a day after being cleared of criminal charges in a domestic violence probe surrounding one of his top aides. Paterson said he dropped out to deal with the allegations. He said he had second thoughts after asking State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to investigate the case. Cuomo, who's now running for governor, later recused himself from the case.
