NYS offers early retirement buyouts

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - New York State is offering buy out packages to its employees.

The State's early retirement buyout plan offers workers a $20,000 stipend if they leave by November 11th. This offer applies to members of the Public Employees Federation and CSEA.
