Underdog Paladino concedes to Cuomo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Carl Paladino's surprise primary win was one of the big stories of the election season, but his "mad as hell" campaign fell short.

After waiting to see some of the hard numbers and vote tallies, Carl Paladino conceded to Andrew Cuomo at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Buffalo.
