ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - After days of deadlock, there appears to be some major movement in Albany.
Assemblymen Dennis Gabryszak and Sam Hoyt tell News 4 lawmakers have reached a deal with Governor Paterson to cut almost $3 billion in state spending.
New York's deficit could be as high as $4 billion. The legislature will meet in extraordinary session at noon on Tuesday, December 1st to vote on this package of cuts and savings.
