ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - A 53-year-old Rochester man who admitted buying online and then re-selling about 7,000 fake Viagra and Cialis pills from China has been sentenced to three years on probation.

Federal prosecutors said Wednesday that Curtis Henry will also pay $13,000 in restitution.

Henry had pleaded guilty in November to attempting to import counterfeit pharmaceuticals.

Investigators said he sold the phony pills only to people he knew in Rochester, charging $2 to $3 apiece, twice what he paid.
