BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - News 4 crews found a handful of people camped out in front of the First Niagara Center around 3am Friday, waiting for Justin Bieber tickets. About six hearty souls were buried under blankets while waiting for Bieber tickets to go on sale at 10am. Justin Bieber will play the First Niagara Center on July 15th. Tickets range from $40-$100.
