NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - The family of a Niagara Falls man found dead in a trash compactor is going to court, Thursday.

The family of John Adams is expected to ask a state supreme court judge to issue an order to preserve possible evidence that could be used in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Adams was found dead in a trash compactor at One Niagara in July, weeks after he went missing.

The victim worked at the office building.
