NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Niagara Falls mayor was set to face a federal judge once again Friday, for corruption charges. However, News 4 just learned it was rescheduled for October.

Vince Anello is accused of taking $40,000 in loans from businessman Smokin' Joe Anderson while he was in office.

He's charged with depriving the public of "honest services."
