LEWISTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - The land is being sold out from under them.
Many Sabre Park residents had lived for years in their mobile homes. They face evictions because the park's owner is selling the land. The group is forming a homeowners' association to fight back.
Resident Ken Noker said, "We cannot do it as individuals. We can only have the rights as a homeowners' association, which takes 75 percent of the residents to form a homeowners' association. And then there's a law that says we have the right of last refusal. And we've contacted organizations that have money to lend people like us."
These residents say they won't give up without a fight to save their mobile homes.
