NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two Niagara Falls teens have been arraigned on murder charges in a man's beating death.

19-year-old Gary Llamas, III and 17-year-old James Hardeman, Jr. are accused of using a golf putter to kill 46-year-old John Smith earlier this week. Smith was found unresponsive in an alley near his 23rd Street home.
