SANBORN, N.Y. (WIVB) - If you're in Niagara County this weekend, you'll want to stop by Niagara County Community College in Sanborn for "Balloons over Niagara."

Fifty hot air balloons are taking to the air this weekend, in conjunction with NCCC's 50th anniversary. There are bands, children's activities, a community fair, and of course the balloons. On Friday, the balloon launch was canceled, but organizers are still hopeful.

A fireworks display will light up the night sky at 10 p.m. Saturday night, and the event continues Sunday morning with a balloon launch at 6 a.m.

The launch is weather permitting, and activities run until 3 p.m. on Sunday.
