NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A state judge has ruled against a contractor who claimed high levels of radiation kept his company from finishing work on Lewiston Road.
The City of Niagara Falls sued Man O' Trees when they abruptly stopped work last year. Man O' Trees and owner David Pfeiffer then counter sued the city to stay on the job.
Friday's decision by the judge means the city is free to hire another firm to complete the work.
