PENDLETON, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara County workers escaped without injury after a pickup truck crashed into a county-owned dump truck.
Deputies say workers were putting cold patch in the roadway just before 9 a.m. Wednesday morning when Bradley Braun hit their dump truck from behind with his pickup truck on Bear Ridge Road in Pendleton. The dump truck was partially in the eastbound lane.
Braun was taken to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital for minor injuries. He was treated and released. Braun was cited for having an obstructed view.
