PENDLETON, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara County workers escaped without injury after a pickup truck crashed into a county-owned dump truck.

Deputies say workers were putting cold patch in the roadway just before 9 a.m. Wednesday morning when Bradley Braun hit their dump truck from behind with his pickup truck on Bear Ridge Road in Pendleton. The dump truck was partially in the eastbound lane.
