LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - Flames tore through a home Tuesday night at 124 North Transit Road in Lockport.
Adam Hudson sent News 4 video of the blaze, which broke out around 7:30 p.m. Fire can be seen shooting out from the second story windows.
The Buffalo News reports the homeowner told fire officials he was trying to thaw frozen water lines using a propane torch when his home caught fire, causing nearly $59,000 in damage.
The home was declared a total loss.
