Geriatric Unit moving out of Millard Gates

Kaleida will move services to DeGraff Memorial

BUFFALO, NY - Kaleida Health has announced that it is moving the primary care geriatrics program from Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital to DeGraff Memorial Hospital.

The Geriatric Center of Western New York specializes in the care of patients over the age of 70 and their complex medical issues.

The center will continue to see patients at Millard Gates on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 2012. The service hours willl take effect this Monday, December 13.

The move is another step in the relocation of all programs from Millard Gates since the hospital is slated to closes in 2012.
