NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police are investigating after they say a back seat passenger jumped out of the vehicle he was traveling in.
Troopers say it happened on Sunday on the Robert Moses Parkway in Niagara Falls. It is unclear why the man jumped from the vehicle.

He was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital, but due to the severity of his injuries, was later transferred to ECMC.
He is currently in critical condition and his name is currently being withheld.
