NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster says his budget for the new fiscal year is late, for good reason.
Mayor Dyster is waiting to hear if Albany will advance the city some $58 million while a dispute between Albany and the Seneca Nation holds back casino revenues. Senator George Maziarz says the governor's office is working on a temporary loan for the Falls.
Mayor Dyster says he'll be forced to present a disaster budget unless the money comes through.
