NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Halloween is already in full swing on Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls.

Businesses hosted the 3rd annual Monster Mash Breakfast inside the conference and event center. The event featured spooky fun for the whole family.

Old Falls Street USA director of marketing Susan Swiatkowski said, "It's a two-hour long, fun-filled day for kids. We have some games, an age-appropriate haunted house, we have a boo-tacular breakfast, arts and crafts, we're even going to teach them the 'Monster Mash' dance today."

Visitors also participated in a costume parade.
