NIAGARA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Residents at a mobile home park in Niagara County could soon be without a home.

Sabre Park is scheduled to be auctioned off following months of foreclosure proceedings. The park owner says if interested buyers want the trailers off the property, residents will have to move. Rumors heard by residents lead them to believe the Fashion Outlets of Niagara are looking to buy up the land.

The auction is scheduled to take place Friday morning.
