BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - George Richert shares an interview with one of the 120 western New Yorkers who made a last minute trip to Albany on June 9th.
It came the day after the Majority suddenly shifted in the NY State Senate.
Edwin Martinez, President of Hispanic Alliance was able to meet privately with Hiram Monserrate, one of the two renegade Democrats.
