Buffalo's Office for the Constituents

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Boxer Joe Mesi's name has been in the news a lot lately for his new job with the NY State Senate Democratic Majority.

In early May, he opened an office for the constituents of western New York.

It is meant to have an Open-Door policy to help members of the public with questions they may have.

With cameras rolling, George Richert went to the new office on Court Street to see just how user-friendly it is.
