Space technology is helping exercisers get fit here on planet Earth.
The new "alter-g" enables people with illnesses, injuries, or who recently had surgery to exercise.
It's an anti-gravity treadmill which uses air pressure to help you lose weight.
Users describe it as like being on air.
Brad Stephenson, a muscular dystrophy patient said, "You're able to unweight your body. So it just feels like a balloon blowing up underneath you. It sort of lifts you up and sort of gives you support."
Other users compare the "alter-g" to an underwater workout which is also a technique used in physical therapy and rehab.
