CLARENDON, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Albion man is dead following an afternoon motorcycle crash in Orleans County.
Deputies say 42-year-old Russell Patten was killed when his 2008 Suzuki motorcycle collided with a deer on Brown School Road in the Town of Clarendon, just before 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Patten lost control of the bike and was thrown.
The crash remains under investigation, and the Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office in Rochester is conducting an autopsy.
